TBT - outtakes of @Xtina working those Duarte jeans on the cover of Stripped. So many amazing people worked on this - wonderful @jeri_heiden of @smogdesign, Irving and #AllisonAzoff, @mztsummerville brought her Oscar winning styling, @peter.savic created iconic hair and @itstroyjensen worked makeup mastery. I also had the honor of being assisted by awesome @maxwedgephoto and #TheodoreLiscinski, from the original Hedwig. When worlds collide!

This wide gauge burlap, called erosion netting, is used to keep LA hillsides from sliding away. My husband is a landscape designer and has lots of cool tools – I was obsessed with this stuff until I found a place to put it: under Christina. An outtake from our shoot for her second album Stripped, this was from the set up that became the cover for her Grammy winning single Beautiful.
