The colombian singer launched her latest album two weeks ago, "Shakira." following her first two singles "Can't Remember To Forget You", a #15 charted collaboration with Rihanna and "Empire", a powerful uptempo ballad.

 

"Shakira." landed a #2 position in the Billboard 200 chart, making her best debut ever in the list. With 85,000 copies sold in the US, it's also her lowest debut for an english album, beating "She Wolf" whom opened with 89,000 copies in 2009.

 

This week, the album stayed within the Top 5 with 35,000 copies sold, making the best two-week run for her since 2003's "Fijación Oral Vol. 1".
